Re-Scheduling Policy

As the therapies offered at Earthbeat Holistics are in high demand, booking at least 48 hours in advance by paying a deposit is strongly advisable to assure an appointment.

When calling to book an appointment please make sure that the date and time you are booking for is final and well decided, as repeated rescheduling (of three consecutive appointments) within a month, can result in losing your deposit.

However, I understand that there are one-off instances when you must reschedule an appointment due to an emergency or an obligation for work or family.            
In such cases your deposit will be banked towards your next appointment, if booked within a month. Otherwise, when returning after a month, a new deposit will be required to secure an appointment.

Giving a three days advanced notice for rescheduling an appointment, will give another person the possibility to have access to timely treatments.

Booking Policy

For all workshops and courses, after deciding on the available date, a non refundable deposit must be paid online a week in advance (please see the relevant course page). Upon completing your payment the deposit will be deducted from the total.
I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may have to reschedule the workshop or the course you have already booked.            
In such cases your deposit will be banked towards the next available date, if booked within a month. Otherwise, if returning after a month, a new deposit will be required to secure your place.

Late Arrivals
Anyone arriving late, their session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow theirs. Depending upon how late one arrives, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or the class. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given or the class duration, the client will be responsible for the full session
